Every Dr. Koffer product is backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We will gladly exchange, or repair any merchandise with material or manufacturing defects within two years of the date of purchase. Dr. Koffer is not responsible for product damage due to excessive wear and tear or mistreatment. For more information, contact Dr. Koffer Customer Service.
In keeping with our satisfaction guarantee, Dr. Koffer’s return policy is simple: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise with original hangtags attached for a prompt refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed to items not returned in the original condition, packaging materials, and original hangtags attached. Goods received damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Monogrammed items are not eligible for return. Sale priced items are not eligible for return. Only unused items with their original hangtags attached may be returned. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes charged when we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to reflect on your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
