If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dr. Koffer product we offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 60 days from date of purchase. Product should be returned to the original retailer where you made your Dr. Koffer purchase. If you do not know this information or you have purchased your product from our website please contact us at contact Dr. Koffer Customer Service or call (239) 352-9770 between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday EST to arrange return of your merchandise. All purchases must be returned within 60 days. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges and for properly re-packing the product so it is not damaged. Goods received damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Our hand staining techniques impart a beautiful richness to the leather and some slight color variation is to be expected. Most surface dirt can be removed with a fine, damp cloth. Natural oils in the leather will help buff out small scuffs. Just rub gently with your finger. You should treat your leather accessories with a leather conditioner every 6 months to maintain suppleness and flexible and avoid drying and cracking.Personalized items are not returnable unless there is a defect
