Your Shopping Cart

Your Shopping Cart holds everything you have decided to purchase while shopping online with Dr. Koffer. You can view the products you have added to your bag simply by clicking on the "My Cart" link located at the upper right and the bottom left corner of every page.

Adding an Item to your Shopping Cart

To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the image of a product you are interested in and details about that product will be provided. Like placing products in a shopping cart at a "brick and mortar" store, you add numerous products to the Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Modifying the Contents of your Shopping Cart

To change the quantity of an item, change it's color, style, size, personalize it, or remove it from your Shopping Cart, click on the "My Cart" link located at the upper right and the bottom left corner of every page. There, you will see all the items in your cart.

If you modify the quantity or remove an item from your shopping bag, you must click the UPDATE SHOPPING CART button to enact the changes. This will automatically update your Shopping Cart and accurately calculate your total.

Completing your Purchase

When you are finished shopping, go to your Shopping Cart. You will see a list of the items in your Shopping Cart.

You will have the option to change order quantities, or remove any unwanted items from your order. To purchase the items, enter your zipcode and select a shipping method. Then click the CHECKOUT button beneath the order subtotal. You will be prompted through a few short steps so we may gather additional order information, such as billing and shipping address and payment information.

Shipping Address

In this section, you can indicate a shipping address other than your billing address. Or you can indicate that the billing address and shipping address are the same.

Shipping Information

We use only the best service to quickly bring your items to your doorstep. All orders are shipped by the fastest ground service available via Fedex. We will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so a complete street address is required. Normal delivery time takes 7 - 10 business days, based on your location in relation to our distribution centers.

Credit Card Billing Information

The name, address, and expiration date that you provide must match the information that is imprinted on the credit card you are using for payment. You are encouraged to read through our Privacy Policy for more information on our 100% secure web site. Enter the CVV (Card Verification Value) from your credit card. The CVV is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. The CVV number enhances fraud protection and helps to validate two things, the customer has the credit card in their possession and the credit card number is legitimate.

Order Verification

This page presents a summary of the information you provided in placing your order. This is your opportunity to review the items selected for purchase, the billing and shipping addresses, and the subtotal of your order including shipping charges and appropriate sales tax.

If you want to change any part of your order, you will have the opportunity to do so before you submit the order. When your order is complete and you agree with all of the information, click the SUBMIT ORDER button to submit your order for processing.

After you submit your order a confirmation message will be sent to your email address to confirm that your order is being processed. This email will include your order number to assist in identifying the status of your order should you have any questions.

Dr. Koffer Warranty

Every Dr. Koffer product is backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We will gladly exchange, or repair any merchandise with material or manufacturing defects within two years of the date of purchase. Return Policy 

Dr. Koffer Return Policy

In keeping with our satisfaction guarantee, Dr. Koffer’s return policy is simple: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise with original hangtags attached for a prompt refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed to items not returned in the original condition, packaging materials, and original hangtags attached. Goods received damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund. 
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes charged when we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to reflect on your account. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Monogrammed items are not eligible for return.

Sale priced items are not eligible for return.

Only unused items with their original hangtags attached may be returned.

Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

 Dr. Koffer uses UPS for reliable and speedy product delivery. Your shipping rate is calculated by total product weight and your shipping location.

Taxes

 We charge 6.00% Florida state tax for all orders shipped to a Florida location.

At this time, kofferusa.com only ships within the United States. Please be advised that our website will not process credit cards or other forms of payment associated with banking institutions outside of the United States. If you are an international customer and wish to purchase Dr. Koffer products, please visit an authorized Dr. Koffer distributor in your country.
